How Can We Help?
All listings contain a feature that allows MLS subscribers to anonymously submit comments about data inaccuracies associated with a particular listing. This feature can be accessed at the bottom of the Agent Full Report:

When you submit your comments, a copy of your comments will go directly to the listing agent and the MLS. This tool is very helpful for notifying listing agents about potential data inaccuracies and compliance issues associated with their listings. It is not, however, a tool to be used for discussing real estate business models, commissions, or personal issues.
Below are some examples of how the MLS Anonymous reporting feature SHOULD be used:
- Reporting an error with listing data fields (e.g. wrong number of bedrooms, bathrooms, incorrect school information, etc.)
- Requesting clarification in the price of the listing (agents may mis-type the price, and it is helpful when other agents point that typo out so that it can be quickly corrected)
Below are some examples of how the MLS anonymous reporting feature SHOULD NOT be used:
- Asking general questions about a listing (please use regular email, text, or call the listing agent if you have questions about showings, property information, etc.)
- Asking questions or commenting about offers of compensation or commissions
- Expressing any remarks which may be disparaging to the listing agent, listing broker, or the listing itself (this is not a feature to vent or voice your personal opinion)
Please note that you are responsible for what you say in the Anonymous Communications field, and that your anonymity may be compromised if you discuss something illegal or make remarks that could subject you to a civil lawsuit.
